Linear PSU replacement for a Spectrum
The original 9V brick runs hot and drifts. A small
linear supply in a printed case fixed both and weighs less than the guilt of
using a modern switcher.

The picture was never going to be good. It is now
consistently mediocre, which counts as success.

Cassette deck belt jig
A printed jig that holds the flywheel while the belt
goes on. Saved roughly an hour of swearing per deck.

Rebuilding a keyboard membrane by hand
Conductive paint, patience, three attempts. The
replacement membrane cost less than the paint did.
